Another note to myself

Think about a story wherein they use children as assasins due to shorter prison lengths and unformed morals.

(Like Susan Colt who seems to have very little concept of what she does)

    But also think of a way to explain why the assassin trainers care how much prison time the children serve, when they don't care about the effects of making them into killers.
